Health

Character health bar

Every character has health points. The higher you level up your character the more health points they will have.

Loosing Health

Your explorer and trek members will lose health in combat when they get attacked. They can also lose health during unfortunate events and when they are sick.

Gaining Health Back

The most important item to get health back is the First Aid Kit. You can get it at the ship shop and use it during an expedition. There are also some other items that can heal you little like Coca Leaves. And some characters have the ability to directly heal during combat.
