Wildlife
From Curious Expedition 2 Wiki
Wildlife animals are not dangerous at first. On the contrary to enemies, they don't have a red icon background but a green one. They can be approached and you can attack them if you want. Once you attacked them, the other wildlife animals of the same species will get angry and becomes enemies.
