Every character has health points. The higher you level up your character the more health points they will have.

== Loosing Health ==

Your explorer and trek members will lose health in combat when they get attacked. They can also lose health during unfortunate events and when they are sick.

== Gaining Health Back ==

The most important item to get health back is the [[First Aid Kit]]. You can get it at the [[Ship Shop|ship shop]] and use it during an expedition. There are also some other items that can heal you little like [[Coca Leaves]]. And some characters have the ability to directly heal during combat.
